By entering this competition you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Zai’s Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Promotion begins on May 25, 2022 at 12:00:00 PM BST and ends on July 31, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM BST (the "Promotion Period").
Eligibility. Open to all individuals worldwide who are: (1) 18 years of age or (2) the legal age of majority in their country of residence prior to the date of entry; Promotion. Employees of Zai and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter the Promotion. To enter the Promotion, you must complete the entry form and submit your valid email at Website (the "Web Site") by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2022.
Limit of one (1) entry per email address during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be disqualified, and the Sponsor (Zai) reserves the right to disqualify any person that submits multiple entries. Automated or bulk entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. A total of 20 prizes (the "Prize") will be selected in a random drawing. Each Prize will consist of the following:
One (1) code to download an electronic copy of Kings of Crypto by Jeff John Roberts. The approximate retail value of the Prize is US$20.00.
The drawing for the Prize will be held on July 31, 2022. The drawing will be from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Zai, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Zai will randomly select 20 eligible entrants as winners. The Prize will be emailed to the address provided by the entrant within 14 days of the July 31, 2022 drawing, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. Winning entrants will forfeit their Prize in the event that: (a) they are determined to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions; or (b) any notification or shipment is returned undeliverable. In the event of a forfeiture, an alternate eligible entrant will be selected from among all remaining entries as a winner entrant.
General:
Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
Zai does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within [7] days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim the prize within [14] days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Zai will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to Zai.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Zai reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Zai's control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of Zai regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Zai reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Zai, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The competitions will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Zai reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
